We're implementing a series of configuration changes aimed at improving Explorer performance, changes which require a restart and swap-over of the Altmetric Explorer database cluster. The configuration changes are considered low risk, but as with any database restart and swap-over operations they do bear a moderate risk of extended outages. We are aiming to reduce any downtime to the Explorer to an absolute minimum (<30s).
