The issues causing the earlier outage have been addressed and all Altmetric applications are now functional. We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

We are currently still experience widespread outages across all Altmetric applications due to issues with our application deployment systems and work is on-going to address these. We will post a further update at 5PM GMT time.

Altmetric will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to core infrastructure as part of our continuous improvement process. Although we do not expect any extended downtime as part of these operations they are considered high risk as they have the potential to affect any and all public facing Altmetric products and minor interruptions are likely during this period. Further updates will be posted on the day as needed.
